YMCA OF THE PALM BEACHES HAS 2020 VISION ON

KEEPING ITS COMMUNITY HEALTHY

January 2020 Programming

West Palm Beach, Fla. – The YMCA of the Palm Beaches commits to helping its community stick to their new year’s resolutions all 365 days of the year through its fun and educational programming.  According to ResearchGate, about half of all adults make New Year’s resolutions, however, fewer than 10% manage to keep them for more than a few months.  From health and fitness classes to celebrating its community’s diversity, the YMCA of the Palm Beaches fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for all ages in a safe and nurturing environment throughout the year.  YMCA of the Palm Beaches is located in the heart of Palm Beach County and has served the community since 1917.  Highlighted below are just some of the January programs-at-a-glance.  Plus, all community members will enjoy no joining fee the entire month of January.
