Galley, the hotel’s signature restaurant, and Chef de Cuisine Joel Rodriguez will present a family-style four-course prix fixe menu featuring beloved Thanksgiving classics, from Butternut Squash Bisque and juicy Turkey Breast Roulade to Gooey Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream.
