TROPHY ROOM CHEF COLLABORATION SERIES CONTINUES

Wednesday, September 18 with Cafe Boulud’s Rick Mace

Chef James Strine has teamed up with five friends for a series of collaborations bringing Palm Beach’s best chefs into the Trophy Room kitchen. Part four takes place Wednesday, September 18 with Cafe Boulud’s Chef Rick Mace.

Strine and Mace worked together at Cafe Boulud from 2013-16. Since both chefs are classically trained, they are presenting a modern take on French dishes that were served at NYC’s first fine dining restaurant, Delmonico’s, during the Gilded Age. Strine and Mace selected their dishes from The Epicurean, the culinary encyclopedia written in 1893 by Delmonico Chef Charles Ranhofer comprising more than 3,500 recipes.

Guests can order a la carte or enjoy a tasting of all eight dishes for $75 per person. It’s also Wine Wednesday so bottles of wine are half off, and the reserve list is 20% off.
