COMMUNITY CLASSROOM PROJECT ANNOUNCES NEW LINEUP OF COOKING CLASSES, COCKTAIL WORKSHOPS & CHEF’S TABLE EXPERIENCES IN DOWNTOWN DELRAY BEACH

WHAT: Community Classroom Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit, is proud to unveil its fall cooking classes, cocktail workshops, and chef-driven dining events at the Community Classroom Kitchen (CCK) in downtown Delray Beach. Hosted in a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen and event space, these experiences invite guests to learn, taste, and connect through food — with proceeds funding the Community Classroom Project’s mission to improve the well-being of families in South Florida through cooking and communal dining.

From pizza-making and bread-baking to chef’s table feasts and mindful Ayurvedic brunches, Community Classroom Kitchen offers something for every palate and passion. All proceeds support culinary education programs for kids, teens, and young adults, helping nurture the next generation of chefs and healthy eaters in South Florida. This season’s lineup includes:

The Art of the Loaf: Bread Breaking with Josh from Delray Pizza – Wednesday, Sept. 17  | 6–9 PM
Learn artisan breadmaking from mixing to proofing and baking with Josh Schiffman, the master behind Delray Pizza. A hands-on, flour-flying workshop for beginners and home bakers alike.

Chef’s Table Dinner with Glenn Rogers & Tommy Pozzuto – Thursday, Sept. 18  | 7–10 PM
A five-course, chef-driven dinner featuring coastal crudo, summer caprese with grilled peaches, truffle gnocchi, butcher’s cut filet, and a playful strawberry dessert. Space of Mind students serve as your hosts for this intimate evening.

Cocktail Class with Myles Robinson (Standish Cocktails)  Saturday, Sept 20 and | 6–9 PM | 21+
Step behind the bar with Myles Robinson, the creative mind behind Standish Cocktails, for an immersive workshop in modern mixology. Guests will shake, stir, and garnish Instagram-worthy drinks while learning the stories and techniques behind each recipe.

The Art of Pizza with Aaron from Delray Pizza Thursday, Sept. 25 | 6–9 PM
Back by popular demand! Aaron Schiffman shares his pro tips for crafting the perfect pizza — from dough stretching to topping techniques — in this fun, hands-on class.

Chef’s Table Brunch with Ayurvedic Chef Ryann Morris – Sunday, Oct. 12 | 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
A plant-forward, Ayurvedic-inspired brunch featuring vibrant sweet and savory dishes, from moringa energy balls to root vegetable pie with tamarind chutney. Includes a smoothie demo, buffet brunch, and a take-home herbal tea blend.

SOMething Scary Block Party & Haunted House – Friday, Oct. 24 | 6–10 PM | All Ages Downtown Delray’s biggest Halloween bash returns with live music from No Big Deal, a student-designed haunted house, trunk-or-treat, chef-made bites, carnival games, costume contests, and more.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY CLASSROOM PROJECT: The Community Classroom Project (CCP) is an innovative 501(c)3 nonprofit organization launched by the team behind Space of Mind. CCP was created to provide experiential learning, educational resources, entrepreneurships, and scholarships by bridging the gap between students, parents, educators, schools, mental health providers, and the community and to rethink current approaches in education to reduce school-related stress. Their Community Classroom Kitchen (CCK) project is on a mission to enhance mental and physical health for families in South Florida through the art of cooking and communal dining.
