Spicy Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
3 Organic Chicken breasts
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
1/4 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
2 teaspoons regular Paprika or Spicy Hungarian Paprika
1 teaspoons Himalayan or Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Tbsp molasses
1/4 cup tamari
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp tomato paste

 

Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker covered with one cup water. Set on high for three hours. Remove chicken, cool, shred and save water for another day. (I freeze and add to soup when needed).
Measure and add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk well until dissolved and the spices are thoroughly distributed. Serve on toasted buns or with butter lettuce wraps.
