The Wellington Wrestling team improved to 14-3 with a team championship at the Wellington Duals XI this Saturday. The Wolverines earned victories over the 5th (Riverdale), 6th (Fort Pierce Central), and 7th (Fort Myers) ranked teams in the state along the way to finish a perfect 5-0 for the day. Undefeated wrestlers for the tournament were: Patrick Jones (106 pounds), Jesse Weinberg (138), Lukas Forehand (145), Justin Henry (152), and Mason Powell (285).
